Join us over Thanksgiving break at Flex Sports & Fitness Monday, November 25 for a pitching clinic with current New York Yankees player - McKinley Moore and current Boston Red Sox player - Bailey Horn!
Group 1 will be for ages 9-11 ONLY. This will be a two hour long clinic from 8:00 am - 10:00 am. Check in will begin at 7:35 am.
Over the course of two hours, players will see what it is like to go through an MLB Spring Training routine entailing:
STRETCHING
PRE ARM CARE
THROWING MECHANICS
