Join us over Thanksgiving break at Flex Sports & Fitness Monday, November 25 for a pitching clinic with current New York Yankees player - McKinley Moore and current Boston Red Sox player - Bailey Horn!
Group 2 will be for ages 12-15 ONLY. This will be a two hour long clinic from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Check in will begin at 10:40 am.
Over the course of two hours, players will see what it is like to go through an MLB Spring Training routine entailing:
STRETCHING
PRE ARM CARE
THROWING MECHANICS
